Turmeric Tea

  • 4 cups water
  • Turific packet
  • Fresh lemon and/or honey to taste

 

Heat water to boil. Add packet of Turific, which already contains black pepper, needed for turmeric's nutrition potent effect. Boil for 10 minutes.

 

Pour tea, and add lemon and honey to taste. Be calm. Really calm. The nutrient benefit of turmeric is its alpha COX 2 inhibitor power which can stop inflammation and act as an analgesic. Chill out and drink.
