- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup fresh strawberries or 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 packet Chia Via
- 1 teaspoon honey
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth for about 30 seconds
Add Cinnayum on top if desired. Yum!
