Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Chia Seeds

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries or 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 packet Chia Via
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth for about 30 seconds

Add Cinnayum on top if desired.  Yum!
