Turmeric Tea

  4 cups water Turific packet Fresh lemon and/or honey to taste   Heat water to boil. Add packet of Turific, which already contains black pepper, needed for turmeric's nutrition potent effect. Boil for 10 minutes.   Pour tea, and add lemon and honey to taste. Be calm. Really calm. The nutrient benefit of turmeric is its alpha COX 2 inhibitor power which can stop inflammation and act as an analgesic. Chill out and drink.


Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Chia Seeds

1 cup greek yogurt 1/2 cup almond milk 1 cup fresh strawberries or 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1 banana 1 packet Chia Via 1 teaspoon honey Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth for about 30 seconds Add Cinnayum on top if desired.  Yum!


Golden Milk with Turmeric

Ingredients: 1 packet Turific 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp honey 1 packet Cinnayum 1 cup almond milk Put Turific, ginger, honey and almond milk in blender and blend for 20 seconds Microwave this mix for 30 seconds  or pour into small saucepan and heat over medium high until steaming.   Sprinkle Cinnayum on top. This Golden Milk contains powerful antioxidants. It's a warm drink, perfect for relaxing on the couch or creating your own "downtime" in a mug, wherever you are.
